Terms and Condition
Thank you for joining the Apex Loyalty Card Program. By enrolling in and using your Apex Loyalty Card, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for an Apex Card membership, a Member must be an individual aged 18 years or above. Corporate entities are not eligible for membership.
- Membership is limited to one account per individual.
Earning Points
- Points are earned on eligible purchases made in-store or online
- Certain items, such as discounted products, gift cards, or services, may not be eligible for points.
- Points earned per transaction will be calculated based on the subtotal.
- Discounts, promotional offers, and Loyalty Points cannot be combined with other offers.
- The cashback amount will be credited as Loyalty Points.
- For every LKR 100 you spend will be offered 1 point and 1 point is equal to LKR 1.00
Points Validity
- All points earned are valid until December 31 of the year they are accumulated.
- Expiring points will not be communicated via SMS or notifications.
- Any unused points will automatically expire at the end of December 31 each year.
- Once points have expired, all related transaction history will be permanently deleted.
Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for discounts, products, or other rewards as specified by Apex.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A minimum 100 points balance may be required for redemption.
- Points once redeemed against a purchase cannot be re-credited under any circumstances.
Member Tier
- Your member tier will be determined based on the total points you have earned.
- Diamond : 5000 Points
- Gold : 3000 Points
- Silver : 1000 Points
- Bronze : 500 Points
- Changes to your tier status, including upgrades and downgrades, will be reflected in your member profile area
- Apex reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and benefits at any time
Account Management
- Members are responsible for keeping their account information up-to-date.
- Apex reserves the right to suspend accounts with no activity for 1 year
Card Use
- The Apex Loyalty Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
- Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.
Modification or Termination
- Apex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to the program, including earning rates and rewards, will be posted on our website
Privacy
- By participating in the program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in Apex’s Privacy Policy
- Apex will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Fraud and Misuse
- Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.
Limitation of Liability
- Apex is not responsible for errors, delays, or technical issues that may affect the earning or redemption of points.
- All promotional products, services, discounts, and offers are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice, or while stocks last.
- Apex Card reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement the Apex Card terms and conditions at its discretion, including changes related to the withdrawal or addition of offers, without prior notice to Members.
